Joe Perrin - Owner & Operator

Joe Perrin was introduced to lawn care as many young people are - a 10 year old boy mowing his family’s yard. By 12 years old, he began earning money to save for college by mowing lawns in his neighborhood. The experience shaped his future career decisions, and that college money was put toward earning an A.S. Degree in Landscape & Nursery Technology from Anoka Tech. During his education, he built practical knowledge through an internship placement at Nisswa Grand View Lodge, where he cultivated his skills in large property care. After graduation, he went on to work for 10 years in lawn care services, supporting the Greater Metro area of the Twin Cities, developing expertise in residential, commercial, and large properties, and specialty services (note - the photos used on our website are from past & current work). Throughout this time, he witnessed the impact to customer satisfaction and lawn health through tailored and customized plans, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. His attention to detail and transparent communication was appreciated by employers and customers alike, and he began to dream of building his own business based on his values and goals. After a few life changes, including moving to Rochester, MN, and marrying his wife Marne in 2022, Joe realized it was time to make his dream a reality. He founded Curbside Precision LLC, in December 2024, with the launch of services for the 2025 season.

Joe’s customers are his greatest motivation — whether it’s a couple enjoying a well‑earned date night instead of spending their weekend mowing three acres, a 100‑year‑old proudly maintaining the best‑looking lawn on the block, or four neighbors creating a unified look that brings their whole street together. These moments of connection and joy inspire Joe to deliver the highest quality of care while keeping his services competitively affordable. Property care shouldn’t be a burden; it should be a way to create more life‑enhancing moments between people.
